I really mean that. I know you all wonder why why and why ?
Simple answers.
1. You guys were not as lazy as some guys i worked with except VietCong whenever he has a newspaper + his chin is fill of beard 
2. You guys were not afraid to step up and took responsibility.
3. You guys were not talking to cover up stuffs except NamHeo when others found out his bugs 
4. You guys wanted to complete the work not just finish 8 hours working.
5. You guys were willing to take over the work for the guy next to you (if he would take you out for a drink [mainly coffee]).
